This information is aimed at graduate students, faculty, and staff to assist them in finding the simplest and most direct path to address student concerns. To identify the appropriate resources, please determine the nature of the concern and refer to the paragraphs below:
- Student care is a team-based approach, and students can utilize as many resources as needed to receive support. Confidential information is not shared between resources unless approved by the student to assist in the processes.
- This chart can be used by students to locate resources or by faculty/staff to refer students to the correct resources. If you are unsure where to begin, and the student is not in crisis, please start by completing the Student Care Coordination Intake Form from the Office of Student Care Coordination.
