Graduate School Staff

The Graduate School is one of the ten colleges and schools of Vanderbilt University and is responsible for handling all aspects of the graduate student experience. This includes processing applications, managing admissions and registration, monitoring academic progress, milestones (such as residency, qualifying exams, candidacy, and dissertation defense), and conferring graduate degrees.

The Graduate School's main office is located in Alumni Hall, Suite 117, Suite 010 downstairs, with additional offices in Suite 300 upstairs. Please feel free to visit during our business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday.
