Kevin McCarty, a Ph.D. student in Biochemistry training in Dr. Fred Guengerich’s lab, was awarded the Leon W. Cunningham Graduate Student Award on December 2, 2024. This award includes an individual plaque and a nameplate on the departmental perpetual award plaque displayed in the hallway. Additionally, it provides a monetary award of $1,000 for travel expenses.
