This information is intended for graduate students, faculty and staff to identify the simplest and most direct path to address student concerns. Identify the nature of the concern to find the appropriate resources in the list below.
- Student care is a team-based approach--students can utilize as many of the resources needed to support them.
- Confidential information is not shared between resources, except when approved by the student to assist in the processes.
- This chart can be used by students to find their way to resources or by faculty/staff to refer students to the correct resources
- If unsure of where to begin and if the student is not in crisis, start by completing the Student Care Coordination Intake Form from the Office of Student Care Coordination
